Alf is an experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant caring for the children and youth of Downeast, Maine. He enjoys wide popularity among families, due to many years of successful practice in Washington County. Alf is also a sheep farmer and a fisherman, and if he is not taking care of patients, he's on his farm or Nash Island, tending livestock, or on his boat hauling lobsters or diving for scallops.

Sandy graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2013, as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in Downeast Maine in Home Health and Hospice as an RN and now as a FNP-BC as Primary Care. Sandy works with families in primary care, in acute and chronic situations, consulting and referring, if needed.
Sandy has lived in Washington County, part-time since the 1970’s and full-time since 2000, with her husband Tom and their two yellow labs and a yard full of chickens. She enjoys her family, the outdoors, both winter and summer, fishing, gardening, as well as knitting, quilting and weaving.

Originally from Vermont, Becca is now proud to call Maine her home. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary and her Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary, and her Master's in physician assistant studies from the University of New England. She spent over a decade in Montana teaching adaptive skiing and exploring the many wild opportunities in the mountains.
In her free time she enjoys lobster fishing, rearranging her bookshelves, and trail running to beautiful views. She lives in a fishing village where she happily co-parents two sheep--Tripp and Tumbelle--with her neighbors.
